Tournament Description
Schedule (This is subject to change)
• Saturday, September 20th @ 8:00 AM – Men’s & Women’s Doubles 50+
• Saturday, September 20th @ 1:00 PM – Men’s & Women’s Doubles 18+
Format
• All brackets will follow a round robin format into a single elimination draw.
• All round robin matches (except 3-team brackets) will be one game to 15, win by 2 points.
• 3-team brackets will be a single round robin group. Each match will be best 2-out-of-3 games to 11, win by 2. All three teams will advance to the playoff stage.
• 4–6 teams: One round robin group. All teams advance to the playoff stage.
• Pre-medal and bronze matches will be one game to 15.
• Gold medal matches will be best 2-out-of-3 games to 11, win by 2.

Final Standings Determined By:
1. Greatest number of matches won
2. Head-to-head matches won among tied teams (if applicable)
3. Point differential of all games played
4. Head-to-head point differential
All games played will be entered into DUPR under the Daphne Pickleball Facility (DUPR club).
There will be no referees; matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.
Ratings
• We will try to use DUPR ratings — please be respectful and select the draw that best reflects your skill level.
• If you do not have a DUPR rating, self-rating will be used.
• All games will be entered into DUPR under the Daphne Pickleball Facility.

Registration
• One person must register both players through City of Daphne Rec Desk.
• Registration fee: $40 per person, includes one event.
• Registration Opens: Monday, July 14th, 2025
• Registration Closes: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025

Weather
• In the event of rain, we will do our best to reschedule the event for Sunday.
Refund Policy
• Players may withdraw up to September 10th, 2025 at midnight and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee.
• Registration fees cannot be transferred to other players.
