We currently only reserve courts for league/tournament play. This form will serve as a request for league approval/reservation. Tournament applications can be obtained by visiting www.daphnerecreation.com or you may contact 251-620-2710 for further information.
Please be aware this is a REQUEST ONLY. Daphne Sports & Recreation will reach out to you with your confirmation and updated invoice to include applicable fees.
Please select the FIRST DATE AND THE FIRST TIME/HOUR ONLY of your reservation request. You will be able to describe all dates and times courts are needed in a description section during the request process.
For recurring reservations, please ONLY complete ONE FORM PER MONTH.
